What about the foods to avoid if you want to get a flat shape?

Soft drinks:

If you want to flatten your stomach you should stop drinking soft drinks. They are rich in sugar content and even they slow down your metabolism rate. Hence, it can easily gain your weight. There is another cause with this drink is bloating.

 

Lentils: 

Lentils are highly rich in fiber. If the people are consuming heavy fiber intake then they will feel stomach bloating. Lighter colored lentils are less in fiber than the darker ones. So, if you want a flat stomach then avoid healthy lentils.

 

Red meat:

Red meat is a great source of protein, minerals and vitamins. If you are consuming too much of red meat it is not a good thing when you are achieving a flat belly. Red meat is animal protein it carries loads of fats and allied with weight gain. Red meat is a huge saturated fat that plays a huge role in building a fat around your belly. Red meat is a huge source of fats which can cause a digestion problem and leads to weight gain.

 

Low sodium diet:

Excessive sodium can cause the body to hold water weight and difficult to achieve a flat belly. Sodium is not only increases fat in your body but, also increases high blood pressure in your body. Cutting down salt intake can be the best way to the desired flat stomach.

 

Avoid fast food:

Fast foods contain a high amount of calories which is not a good thing for you and it also gives serious health issues. If you want flat stomach so, better you can avoid fast food. Fast food is also known as junk food which is high in sugar, fats and some chemicals.

 

No more ice cream:

Foods which are high in sugar can cause belly fat. Ice cream is one among that so, avoid ice cream as much as possible for a flat belly. Ice cream contains some calcium and more in sugar, lots of fat. Because of this if you eat more it easily gains your weight.

 

Corn:

Corn is one among fatty foods it contains a high amount of calories and sugar levels in it.  In corn sugar will be in form of fructose, which causes weight gain easily. This fat causes weight gain around your belly. So, it should be avoided for a flat belly.

 

Avoid alcoholic drinks:

Most of the alcoholic drinks are high in calories. Regular consumption of alcohol increases appetite. Beer will increases fat in your body, especially around your belly. So, stop consuming alcohol as much as possible for a flat and belly.

 

Refined grains:

Refined grains like white bread, white rice and so on. This food goes through different stages to refine and will lose it nutritional value. Refined grains will increase fat in your body. Whole grains are best to compare to refined grains. Refined grains will increase blood sugar level and enhance to store more fat. White rice can be replaced by brown rice.
